   Yes, you do need a license to drive the E-Scooters. They are classed as a motorcycle thus, you require a motorcycle license to drive the vehicle.

4. How long does it take to recharge?
   

   It takes between 4 to 6 hours to recharge the battery depending on how flat the battery is.
